ConnectMe allows you to showcase a QR code directly on the machine’s screen, which then can be scanned with a smartphone so your users can create their crafted drinks right off the screen! Starbucks Serenade VirtualTouch:
Similar to De Jong Duke, Starbucks released its touchless feature, the VirtualTouch. With the programming of the VirtualTouch to your system, you will be able to:
- Fully automate touchless coffee experience via smartphone
- Access to full beverage menu on Serenade machine for customer bean to cup experience
- Intuitive step-by-step instructions
- Reduces shared contact points

Sego Contactless Coffee Control (CCC) App:
The Sego Contactless Coffee Control is so easy and so simple to connect to your machine! The CCC comes in a kit that includes:
- Modified Bean Display with NFC reader – the reader communicates with a phone using ‘Near Field Communication (NFC) and is compatible with IOS and Android
- Cable – connects the NFC reader into the rear of the touchscreen via USB port.
- Stickers – Place in front of the machine and NFC reader to inform users about the app.
How it works is also user-friendly. You have two options:
- Hold your phone at the NFC reader, which automatically directs them to the app.
- Visit the Apple app store or Google Play store.
The app will direct you to download the full beverage menu from the SEGO by holding your phone at the NFC reader. The CCC app is always ready and available after first-time use. Then you select your favorite beverage, place a cup, and confirm your order by holding the phone to the NFC reader.
Wellsys Foot Pedals/Sensorboard:
The Wellsys Foot Pedals touchless features take hands-free to the next level. The Wellsys foot pedal comes in a single pedal or a dual pedal. The single pedal connects primarily to the cold-water side under the machine on freestanding models of the Wellsys 7000, 9000, and 11000. The dual pedal allows you to safely connect to the hot and cold-water dispenser or water and ice! It is easily installed in minutes, and you’ll feel confident knowing your users won’t have to touch a thing.
There is also a sensor board option that is easily installed on top of the Wellsys and users can hover over the board to release refreshing water or ice!
Follet’s touchless feature is another one that impresses us in the short amount of time it was developed. The SensorSafe is a board that replaces the top of a Follet system and has the SensorSafe connected. This allows users to hover over the sensor to release ice! Some model restrictions apply. The Bevi already has us in awe when they first came out with their custom sparkling water concept, and now you can do the same thing right off your phone! Bevi made their touchless program easily accessible to their users, and if you have an internet connection on your Bevi, you’ll already see the QR code on the screen. If you do not, it simply needs to be programmed to your machine. You’ll be able to access the entire screen from your phone with all the same customization features.
BioProtectant Solution Service:
Maybe you don’t feel the need for any touchless features to your systems, but you want to make sure it’s staying sanitized regularly.
